Kitchen Sink Brownie Baked Oatmeal


Named cause I didn't know what to call it.

 Kitchen Sink Brownie Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup/45g Rolled Oats
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Ghee/butter/butter alternative or 1/4 Tso Butter Extract
Handful of Dried Cherries
Handful of Pecans, roughly chopped
35g Chocolate, I used Dark
1/8 Tsp Ginger
1 TBSP Maple Syrup or sweetener of choice
1/3 Cup Milk of Choice
Zest of a Clementine or Orange

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F/180C/Gas Mark 4. Grease a ramekin or dish.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients. Melt the Chocolate. Mix the dry, chocolate, sweetener, melted ghee/butter and then the milk bit by bit till the oats are wet but not dry. Stir in the pecans and cherries. Pour into your dish and zest over the clementine.
3. Bake for 17-20 minutes till set and fragrant. Enjoy!
