New World Cookie Baked Oatmeal

Based off my new favourite cookie from the paleo cookie
 brand 'Caveman Cookies' this breakfast is full of nuts, seeds and fruit to start your day off right.
 

 New World Cookie Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup/45g Rolled Oats
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
2 TBSP Pecans
1-2 TBSP Dried Cranberries
1 TBSP Pumpkin Seeds
1 TBSP Honey
1 Tsp Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup/80ml Milk of Choice

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F/180C/Gas Mark 4. Grease a ramekin or dish.
2. Mix the all dry ingredients. Add the fruits, sweetener and then the milk bit by bit till the oats are wet but not sloppy.
3 Bake for 17-20 minutes till the oats are golden and firm. Enjoy!
